Our mission is to ignite the talents and ideas of children in underserved populous areas by encouraging and supporting their future.

Our name literally means what is says, "When We Are Us". Once we look and seek what's inside of us, what our potential is, what we are capable of, the skills and talents we possess, we can activate, grow, and expound on these capabilities and become the fierce people we were created for. Our destiny is already set, it's time for our youth to discover it and be the best versions of themselves that they can be!

We believe that today’s children are the leaders of tomorrow. As an ongoing mission to empower our community’s youth, When We Are Us... provides a nurturing environment for children to reach and fulfill their potential.
